While high performance sport continues to soar to dazzling heights in many arenas, people are walking away from community sport - too early, too often. Global physical inactivity is rising. Participation is declining. And the expectations of communities are shifting faster than sport is adapting.

I began my career in sport management 25 years ago, because I wanted more people to experience the belonging, joy and life lessons I gained through sport. Now, as a mother, I'm more driven than ever to ensure sport is a positive vehicle for our individual development and social growth.

Less people are falling in love with our games. So we must build the games that people love.

We're ready and excited to work with leaders looking to a future where sport is even more intrinsic to our lives and communities.
